Operating within a heavily regulated supply chain environment the food and drink industry requires a cutting-edge approach to logistics and health & safety compliance. Following its successful debut last year, the Food & Drink Logistics Show is returning to the NEC, Birmingham, from 27 February to 1 March. Packed with exhibitors covering every aspect of this unique supply chain, visitors can see the latest innovations in refrigerated commercial vehicles from the likes of Citroën and Isuzu Truck in The Showroom. There will also be a packed programme of events on The Centre Stage where big name speakers will be sharing their expertise.
It’s not all work and no play, however. For a break try something a little different in the shape of The Fresh Connection. This absorbing and highly competitive supply chain game earned plaudits from last year’s participants and visitors can try a bite-sized version on The Centre Stage.
