New main dealer in Wales for Isuzu Truck
Based in Newport, Gwent, Commercial Motors (Wales) is the latest addition to Isuzu Truck’s expanding nationwide dealer network. It will handle all sales, service and parts activity for the surrounding area. Having appointed seven new dealers in 2011, this announcement early in 2012 is an indication of Isuzu Truck’s continuing expansion plans in the UK.The new dealership has extensive service facilities including separate workshops for heavy and light goods vehicles, as well as several mobile service engineers and dedicated parts delivery vehicles to support the customer base.
“We have followed the growth of Isuzu Truck with interest over recent years,” said Roger Sheddick, director of Commercial Motors (Wales). “The product range has expanded and has become highly respected, so the opportunity to become a full dealer was an ideal fit for us with our existing product and service portfolio. In addition, the award-winning Isuzu customer CARE approach to its customers mirrors the way that we deal with our customers. We truly believe that this partnership with Isuzu Truck UK is the way forward for us.”
Announcing details of this latest dealer news, Keith Child, marketing director at Isuzu Truck UK said: “Ideally located alongside the busy M4 corridor, Commercial Motors (Wales) is a key appointment for us in this area of South Wales and will strengthen our overall presence here. Complementing our existing dealer arrangements, we are now in an even stronger position to further develop the Isuzu vehicle parc in this region. Plus, of course, it also ensures that our existing and future customer base will receive the highest level of our customer Care and aftersales support at all times.”
