Northgate simplifies customer web interface
Following the nationwide rebranding of the Northgate-owned network of 20 local hire companies to Northgate Vehicle Hire (NVH) last year, it has launched a new, simplified, all-in-one web site. There are a raft of new features to make selecting and specifying the ‘right model for the right job’ as simple as possible.NVH runs a fleet of more than 60,000 vehicles, the majority of which are light commercials, from 62 locations across the UK and the Republic of Ireland, and it also operates in Spain.
Instead of the previous separate web sites for business and retail customers, the ‘one company’ approach signified by the rebranding sees the creation of one site for all. Whether visitors are private individuals, businesses, public sector organisations or looking to purchase a used vehicle they are able to navigate their way to the most appropriate section directly from the home page.New features include a customisation section that allows users to spec a vehicle to meet their own individual requirements and a MPG/CO2 tool that enables the most fuel-efficient, environmentally friendly vehicles to be selected.
As well as hiring vehicles, NVH can also supply full fleet management and telematics back-up.
