Peugeot adds conversions to Boxer line-up
Peugeot has added four new models to the Boxer price list. Single and crew cab Dropside and Tipper conversions — all carried out by Ingimex — are now available off-the-shelf and are the first models to appear as a result of a new one-stop shop initiative. From the customers' perspective, the beauty of this approach is that the whole vehicle is covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty and the price tends to be very competitive.
Based on 3.5 tonne L3 chassis and chassis crew cabs, the Dropsides come with a 120 hp diesel and a maximum payload of 1,440kg for the former and 1,390kg for the latter. The Tippers get the same engine, but the single cab starts life as a L2 chassis and the payload comes in at 1,290kg. Go for the crew cab and it’s a L3 chassis and 1,175kg.
List prices (excl VAT) for the Dropsides start at £21,380 rising to £21,995 for the Tippers.
Other combinations of engine/chassis length can be ordered and more conversions, such as a Box Van and refrigerated options, will join the line-up at a later date.
