Toyota Hilux Revised for 2010
Toyota's Hilux pick-up range is now available with increased power and torque from the 2.5-litre D-4D turbodiesel engine, as well as additional optional extras for the top-spec double cabs, including the 3-litre Invincible. The introduction of a new high-output turbocharger, new fuel injectors and upgraded pistons mean that maximum power for the 2.5-litre powerplant, the mainstay of the Single, Extra and Double Cab line-up, has risen from 118hp to 142hp while peak torque has risen by 18Nm, taking it to 343Nm at 2,000rpm. CO2 emissions remain unchanged at 219g/km.
Leather upholstery and satellite navigation with Bluetooth are now options on the Invincible. The latter is also offered as an option on the HL3 Double Cab. A Sport Deck load bed cover and an Urban Pack (front guard, scuff plates and front and rear parking sensors) are available for both the HL3 and Invincible Double Cabs.
