Truckman continues to find favour with SHB

Truckman Hardtops SHB HireSHB Hire has announced the renewal of an ongoing partnership, developed over the last two years, with pick-up hardtop and accessory manufacturer AutoStyling Truckman. In 2016 alone, the company provided SHB’s ever growing fleet with 270 new hardtops. SHB currently has the largest 4x4 rental fleet in Europe.

Most recently, the West Midlands-based company delivered a collection of stylish and secure hardtops and bed liners to a fleet of more than 100 Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger, Isuzu D-Max and VW Amaroks. The hardtops ensure SHB customers of optimum safety as they are the only models in the UK to be compatible with the Hilux Active ladder gantry/rear window guard, while also improving the overall functionality.

“We are very proud of our longstanding relationship with SHB, which continues to flourish,” said Truckman’s chairman Mike Wheeler. “In the last 12 months alone we have delivered a huge number of hardtops and accessories for its fleet of pick-ups, which add to the security and storage capabilities of the vehicles.

“It is also testament to the investments we have made at Truckman in our manufacturing and stockholding capabilities to ensure we can meet the volume and production quality requirements of a significant customer such as SHB.”
